The more recent case required the preparation of an expert report which was submitted to a federal judge, in response to a dangerous case and expert reports submitted by the other side. Ray Dunkle's analysis was thorough and credible and, in plain language, completely undercut the opposing expert reports. It was part of what the federal judge relied on in dismissing the other side's case by summary judgment. Not only was I impressed with Ray's work, but so was my client.
