A current director in entrepreneurial services and 17-year accounting industry professional, Ray began his career after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Akron. He has also earned designations as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and he is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF).
Ray has represented BCG&Co. for over seven years, with concentrations in the firm’s Merger and Acquisition practice area. He enjoys providing clients with traditional M&A assistance, financial advisory solutions and exit planning. His industry concentration is primarily with manufacturing/distribution, construction and professional services. Prior to joining BCG&Co., Ray spent 10 years at another CPA firm where he was promoted to manager.
