Professional Development
BCG&Co. supports employees who wish to enhance their professional development and job-related skills through external education programs and conferences. In addition, employees are encouraged to attend conferences and training forums as participants or presenters.
BCG&Co. covers the costs of outside training and conferences based on organizational benefit and annual budget. The goal of the firm is for all employees to attend training courses, either internal or those conducted by the AICPA, OSCPA, and other professional organizations.
As part of your professional development, it is encouraged that employees are involved in professional organizations. BCG&Co. will cover the cost of membership fees for qualifying organizations.
Practice Development (PD)
To equip staff with the skills and tools needed to advance professionally, outside of educational training, we provide a practice development program. The program is intended to encourage PD-related skills and efforts for the purpose of generating additional business by staff members who are not otherwise incented to pursue these types of activities. It establishes the Directors' expectations and provides an additional forum for recognizing employees who are interested in advancing their careers.
