The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing general administrative support to the systems department (BCG Systems at www.bcgsystems.com) managers and staff.   Key responsibilities include providing exemplary customer service, administering the monthly billing process, and other duties that include filing, scanning, binding, mailing, backing up the receptionist, and other general office tasks.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years general administrative experience
  • High proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Outstanding customer service mindset 
  • Must have ability to multi-task and superior organizational skills
  • Proficient math skills
  • Bookkeeping functions and billing experience a plus

CRM Consultant

BCG Systems is looking for a full-time CRM Consultant.  The CRM Consultant will support new and existing customers with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementations. Candidates should have the ability to implement business solutions related to marketing, sales, and customer service functions within small to medium sized organizations. This is a consulting/training/configuration position, NOT software development. Travel required up to 50% of the time to local and remote locations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills and the ability to utilize/configure the software to meet the needs of the client
  • Active involvement or prior experience with the deployment of CRM solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales; Minor or IT focus desirable

This position is responsible for overseeing the TPC (Tax Processing Center for individual returns), handling complex individual tax returns, trust income tax compliance, and private foundation tax returns.  This person will also provide client service in the areas of personal financial and estate planning.  Advanced technical skills in a variety of tax and accounting areas, along with developed and applied management and supervisory skills are required. 

 Qualifications:

  •  Minimum 7 years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax
  •  BS in Accounting and a CPA (Master of Taxation is a plus)
