A recent survey of our employees revealed that 2 of every 3 BCG&Co. employees volunteers for at least one organization.  Of those, more than half volunteer at 2 or more organizations.

Placing high regard on corporate citizenship, our employees are encouraged to volunteer in the community in a number of ways.  You will find our people serving on several boards for non-profit organizations, on their hands and knees performing manual labor or planning events to collect donations for area agencies such a the United Way, Food Bank and Red Cross, just to name a few.

Balancing life, work and service activities can be a hard task, so BCG&Co. allows its staff to participate in community service activities during business hours, without having to take personal time.
